I have created this space to both help aestheticians grow their professional practice and help those that are simply skincare obsessed (like me!) get insider information, tips, and tricks to better understand and explore this exciting industry!
My career in professional aesthetics started in 2011 as an aesthetician for a fantastic practice in Houston, TX. It was the beginning of a beautiful path! I loved learning and performing the latest treatments while building trusted relationships with loyal clients. Every day was a rewarding adventure!
In 2015 I had the opportunity to join a talented team, some of whom had extensive experience with the industry’s biggest brands, and launch a new skincare line. It was exciting and fascinating to participate in the process, from the ground up, of a brand launch. I gained valuable experience working with aestheticians and business owners to improve treatment outcomes and client satisfaction while growing their businesses through professional skincare. It was absolutely fantastic!
Two years later, in 2017, I took the next step in my career and joined L’Oreal USA as a National Educator for their SkinCeuticals brand. In this role I have the great privilege of traveling the country teaching skincare professionals every day. I facilitate workshops for large groups, visit individual offices, and work with providers at all levels to implement strategies that create exceptional experiences for their clients! Here I have the opportunity to see what type of information, coaching, and guidance both patients and practitioners are looking for every day. It is from this experience, along with all my years in the industry, that I have created SkinCrush!
